How do I report a problem?

When reporting a problem you need to provide as much useful information as possible. Please do not send us a message saying something like “it doesn’t work”.

Where possible please provide us with the following information:

  1. When the problem occurred.
  2. How the problem occurred.
  3. What you were doing when the problem occurred.
  4. Copies or screen captures of any error messages, software configurations, etc that may be related to the problem.

To do a screen capture in Windows do the following:

  1. Hold down the “Alt” key and press the “Prt Scr” key.
  2. Release both keys. This will put a copy of the active window into the clipboard
  3. Paste it into an email or into a word document
  4. email to us.

Can I pay my invoice without signing in?

I've changed the bill payment system so that you don't need to "sign in" before paying your web hosting invoice by credit card.

This should make it easier to pay your account online.

You will need to use the "Click Here to view/pay this invoice" link in your invoice email to make a  no "sign in" payment.

If you wish to view your account history or make changes to your settings, you still need to "sign in".
