When reporting a problem you need to provide as much useful information as possible. Please do not send us a message saying something like “it doesn’t work”.
Where possible please provide us with the following information:
- When the problem occurred.
- How the problem occurred.
- What you were doing when the problem occurred.
- Copies or screen captures of any error messages, software configurations, etc that may be related to the problem.
To do a screen capture in Windows do the following:
- Hold down the “Alt” key and press the “Prt Scr” key.
- Release both keys. This will put a copy of the active window into the clipboard
- Paste it into an email or into a word document
- email to us.
