Quota

John Parnell Pierce / March 20, 2014

What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?

At Web Necessities we appreciate the need to keep your website live. For this reason we don’t suspend sites when they exceed their monthly quota. Instead we review the extent of the bandwidth increase. If it looks like it is a permanent increase in traffic we will move you to high plan. Otherwise, if it appears short lived, we will monitor your usage for a few months and only move you to a higher plan if it is really necessary.

My Thunderbird Inbox is full of gibberish

Sometimes Thunderbird's indexes get scrambled and you need to reindex the email database.

Try using the repair folder option on the Inbox.

1. Right click on the Inbox and select Properties

2. Under Properties there should be a Repair Folder button

Hopefully that should sort it out.
